30% deposit will be paid by T/T for order confirmation, 70% balance shall be paid by T/T before shippment.

Our homes are relocatable, moveable homes and may be considered as caravan is paired with trailers. Council approval may be avoided in some areas. It is important to consult your local council prior to purchase as we are not liable for any council-related matters that may arise.

It is easy and quick installation. All electrical wiring and plumbing are pre-installed at our manufacturing facility. When the expandable home is delivered to your site, you simply need to connect it to the main power, water, and sewerage. We will provide detailed installation videos and installation instructions.
